Since our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind. However, your happiness is important to us, so if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us at hello@lamagnets.us within 7 days of receiving the order. 

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please take clear photos of the issue and provide us with the following details:

• Photos of the defect:

We will review the issue, and if deemed necessary, we will arrange for a replacement.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed and fulfilled, we are unable to provide a refund. Contact us at hello@lamagnets.us with your full name and order number.
