Shipping policy

Order Processing:

• 1-3 business days for standard orders.
• Bulk orders may take longer, and we will notify you of any extended processing times.

Shipping Times:

• We ship most of our orders via USPS
• It usually takes 2-5 business days for continental US destinations and up to 7 business days for Alaska and Hawaii
• Looking to expedite your order? Contact us
• Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you need to modify your shipping method or made an error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will assist as long as the product has not already been shipped.
• Unfortunately, we cannot assume liability for delays caused by USPS or lost items during transit. Parcels delayed due to USPS issues are not eligible for refunds if they are successfully delivered, even if late.

• Errors made by USPS
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
• Damage to orders during transit
• PO Box delivery issues
• Stolen packages after delivery
