1. Orders & Customization

  • All our products are custom-made based on the images and specifications provided by you.

  • Please ensure that you have the rights to use any images submitted for printing. We are not responsible for copyright violations.

  • Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours. After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices for products are listed on our website and may change without notice.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to process and ship orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • LA Magnets is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and order size.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Provide your order number, product details, and clear photos of the issue. We will assess and, if eligible, issue a replacement.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on our website are the property of LA Magnets and may not be copied or used without permission.

  • You retain ownership of any images submitted for customization, but by submitting them, you grant us the right to use them solely for producing your order.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • LA Magnets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

  • We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
